HOW TO USE:

1. Shake well before use for maximum ink flow.
2. Sweep pen along the lash line to create a thin line or for a extra bold look, position ink pen at an angle and drag liner upwards to get your desired look.

Tip: Close cap tightly after use to preserve long time use. Also, Store with the tip facing down to avoid dry out.

Great product

Absolutely love perfect eyeliner

Worked great the first time and then it dried out almost immediately

Thin tip that can be used for perfect cat eye liner or wider using all the brush.

Pros: ultra fine felt tip point is perfect for drawing precise clean lines, color is coal-black and intense, applies smoothly without skipping

Cons: not waterproof as claimed :( I have watery dry eyes and by the end of the day, my wings have migrated out of place. If your eyes aren’t as fickle as mine, this might not be an issue for you
