Use as Blush, simply dab a small amount of liquid pigment onto your cheeks.
You can also mix a drop with a clear gloss or lip balm to create a custom lip color or apply it directly onto your lips for a matte finish.

The formula could definitely be more opaque. I find it thin and patchy, and the shade is not nearly as pigmented or intense in person. It’s not really even quite the same shade as blue. I bought a couple of other colors, and while the punch (neon yellow) is the only shade that looks the same in person as the photo, I was disappointed. The light blue is definitely more opaque than this one. If you want pigment & a beautiful cobalt blue pigment, this is not the one, sadly. I love most things I’ve tried from Moira, and I’m a big fan of liquid pigments for the eyes. It inspires me so much artistically, but if the materials you’re working with are low grade, your looks will be too.
