Eye Catching Dip Liner Bundle (001-018) ($144 Value)

I absolutely LOVE the Dip Liner! I’m 68, and this formula is highly pigmented, goes on without any drag, and does not bleed into all of the fine (and not so fine) lines around my eyes.

My favorite white liner. I love using this and it lasts me quite some time.
