Lip Appeal Waterproof Liner Bundle

Great long lasting lipliner for my rosy shade lipsticks. The Moira lipliners are spot on and beat out most high end lipliners for the quality and color.

Goes well with many shades of my lipsticks. I swatched this on my hand and it lasted a good 7+ hours. No transfer at all. A very good value.

Not waterproof or smudge proof. Very disappointed. .

Most days, I wear a liner with a gloss. This waterproof formula really holds up for hours, outlasting the gloss. The shade Legend works well on my light, neutral-cool complexion. Recommend.
