MOIRA Micro Tip Liquid eyeliner delivers rich pigment with a satin finish creating clean and thinner lines with a waterproof formula. A Smooth, extra fine brush-tip glides easily to create optimal precision for a perfect wing effortlessly that will stay all day.

HOW TO USE:

1. Shake well before use for maximum ink flow.
2. Sweep pen along the lash line to create a thin line or for a extra bold look, position ink pen at an angle and drag liner upwards to get your desired look.

Tip: Close cap tightly after use to preserve long time use. Also, Store with the tip facing down to avoid dry out.

Perfect!

I doing winged liner everyday, without fail. I've searched and searched for an affordable eyeliner that does not bleed and does not transfer and is perfectly black or brown even. This eyeliner has made my eyeliner Dreams Come true! It is everything I have been searching for and half the price of the luxury options. This one has made a customer for life out of me🥰😍🤣

Not what I expected
Where ability is not sustainable. Apply it an hour later it’s gone.

It’s good for the price. And with all the different store brands out there, this is better.
