Gel liner came out dry completely.I reached out to customer service to see if they could send a replacement. The brown one is pretty and long lasting though.
This is the only eyeliner I buy in bulk. I love this eyeliner; it's creamy, a deep black, and smudge proof. I've bought 6 this year and I'll keep buying more as long as the formula and price don't change.
The eye liner has been great I've been using it for a while now but I noticed this time I used it maybe 4 times it goes on great on my waterline but after that it's like dry so I opened another one thinking maybe it's just a bad liner and nope it happened again not sure if they changed it but please go back to how it used to be

This navy eyeliner is so flattering on my blue eyes. It’s smooth, lasts all day and stays even on my waterline. I ran out recently and tried some other brands including high end and none of them would glide on the waterline like this does! Will repurchase again and again.
